Electrolux Group seeks a Business Controller in Stockholm, Sweden, to partner with business leaders and drive performance through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 1-5 years of finance experience, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and management reports.
  • Ensure a strong understanding and control of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business drivers.
  • Challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders through fact-based analyses and financial insights.
  • Contribute to financial process improvements, standardization initiatives, and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies within a complex multinational and matrix environment.
  • Support ad hoc business cases, investment analyses, and strategic projects.

Krav

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Audit, Consulting, or a similar finance role.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and balance sheet management.
  • Solid understanding of P&L composition and profitability drivers.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Solid understanding of financial closing processes and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly grasp business models, operational drivers, and financial implications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, BI, and reporting tools is an advantage.
