Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models and management reports.
- Ensure a strong understanding and control of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business drivers.
- Challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders through fact-based analyses and financial insights.
- Contribute to financial process improvements, standardization initiatives, and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies within a complex multinational and matrix environment.
- Support ad hoc business cases, investment analyses, and strategic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Audit, Consulting, or a similar finance role.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and balance sheet management.
- Solid understanding of P&L composition and profitability drivers.
- Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Solid understanding of financial closing processes and reporting.
- Ability to quickly grasp business models, operational drivers, and financial implications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP, BI, and reporting tools is an advantage.
