Ansvarsområden

Support SEB’s securities settlement and post-trade services in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish markets.
Manage financial transactions, investigate and resolve operational exceptions.
Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements, quality, efficiency, and operational control.
Take ownership of tasks with varying complexity.
Use financial systems and data to investigate issues.
Contribute ideas to improve processes and controls.

Krav

A proactive mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking operations, or a similar field.
A solid understanding of securities or other financial products and their operational lifecycle.
Ability to quickly learn market- and team-specific procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong Excel skills, including confidence working with data, formulas, filters, and reconciliation tasks.
Ability to work effectively across various IT systems.
