Responsibilities
- Support SEB’s securities settlement and post-trade services in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish markets.
- Manage financial transactions, investigate and resolve operational exceptions.
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, quality, efficiency, and operational control.
- Take ownership of tasks with varying complexity.
- Use financial systems and data to investigate issues.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and controls.
Requirements
- A proactive mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking operations, or a similar field.
- A solid understanding of securities or other financial products and their operational lifecycle.
- Ability to quickly learn market- and team-specific procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong Excel skills, including confidence working with data, formulas, filters, and reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to work effectively across various IT systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
