Amazon Vendor Services is seeking a Brand Specialist in Bengaluru, India, to manage key vendor relationships and drive business performance. This role involves strategic account management, analyzing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize vendor success on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have experience in account/vendor management and proficiency with Excel, with a preference for those with 3+ years of experience.

Ansvarsområden

Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
Partner with the Retail Category Team to build communication channels and manage vendor growth plans.
Build and execute joint business plans to achieve key business opportunities and KPIs for vendors and Amazon.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues, publishing recommendations and action plans based on data.
Conduct regular WBRs and MBRs with vendors, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.
Conceive, create, and analyze marketing activities/campaigns to grow vendor traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue.
Address operational aspects of vendor businesses with Amazon and perform root cause analysis of issues and opportunities.

Krav

Experience with Excel.
1+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management experience.
