As a Brand Specialist in Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), you will manage key vendor relationships, drive business growth through strategic partnerships, and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and revenue. This role involves deep analysis of vendor performance and operational aspects, with a focus on creating excellent customer experiences. The position is based in Bengaluru, India, with EU shift timings.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
  • Partner with the Retail Category Team to build communication channels and manage vendor growth plans.
  • Build and execute joint business plans to achieve key business opportunities and KPIs for vendors and Amazon.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans.
  • Conduct regular WBRs (Weekly Business Reviews) and MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) with vendors, highlighting performance and building action plans.

Krav

  • Experience with Excel.
  • 1+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management experience.

  • 3+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management experience.
