I korthet

Lead the Invercargill branch, overseeing workshop, parts, and front counter operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency. This hands-on role involves managing, mentoring, and developing the team, while also focusing on new business development and maintaining existing customer relationships within the heavy vehicle industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, support, mentor, and manage Workshop, Parts, and Customer Service areas.
  • Ensure safety and quality are at the forefront of all operations.
  • Deliver consistent service excellence with the team.
  • Develop new customer business while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Establish and review sales, inventory, marketing, and operating costs, budgets, targets, and procedures.

Krav

  • Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry.
  • Experience in managing a cross-functional team with the ability to lead by example.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, coach, and motivate your team.
  • New Zealand / Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
