Responsibilities
- Lead, support, mentor, and manage Workshop, Parts, and Customer Service areas.
- Ensure safety and quality are at the forefront of all operations.
- Deliver consistent service excellence with the team.
- Develop new customer business while maintaining existing relationships.
- Establish and review sales, inventory, marketing, and operating costs, budgets, targets, and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry.
- Experience in managing a cross-functional team with the ability to lead by example.
- Commitment to health, safety, and quality.
- Ability to lead, mentor, coach, and motivate your team.
- New Zealand / Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
