Alstom seeks a Bogie Development Manager in Saint-Bruno, QC, to lead a team of 5-10 engineers. This role focuses on ensuring QCD delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth within the railway industry, requiring strong leadership and project management skills.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and engage a team of 5-10 people.
Ensure project delivery against QCD commitments.
Set goals, drive execution, and secure outcomes.
Implement KPIs and data-driven performance.
Standardize and deploy best practices.
Ensure workload vs capacity alignment, including subcontracting.
Define and drive group strategy.
Contribute to department guidelines.
Implement effective workshare rules.
Lead management reviews.
Develop World Class Engineering capabilities.
Coach and grow team competencies.
Manage training and talent development.
Estimate and validate workload for projects and tenders.
Manage budgets (WP & CAPEX).
Commit to project/program QCD.

Krav

At least 10 years in Engineering background, ideally in the railway industry.
Ideally, 5 years of team management background.
Proficiency in Project/program management.
Experience in Effort estimation & performance management.
Experience in Governance, KPI, and data analysis.
Experience in an international environment.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
Results-driven & entrepreneurial mindset.
Decision-making & influencing ability.
Organization & prioritization skills.
Capability to lead global teams.
Proficiency in French and English is required.
Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset.
