The role involves coordinating pre-employment and onboarding, providing customer service to applicants and employees, and offering administrative support to the HR team in a manufacturing setting.

Ansvarsområden

Handle routine inquiries and deliver prompt, professional customer service to applicants and employees (English and Spanish)
Guide applicants through the direct-hire process
Coordinate interviews with potential hourly candidates with managers & supervisors
Complete confidential data entry & management of applicant & employee records
Deliver new hire orientation and similar presentations to individuals and groups
Assure compliance with all division and corporate policies/procedures
Perform administrative support for a busy HR team in a multi-shift manufacturing environment (answer phones, greet visitors, manage office supplies, copy/scan, etc.)

Krav

Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail is required
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
