Seeking a Bilingual GBO People Services Specialist in Baltimore, MD. This full-time, hybrid role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in a shared services environment, and 1-3 years in HR functions including payroll, benefits, compensation, and recruitment. Proficiency in SAP and strong customer service skills are essential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute work to capture and maintain co-worker life cycle data in systems.
  • Produce HR documentation complying with legislation, SLAs, and Ingka policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on HR internal activities for accurate personnel administration.
  • Seek guidance to develop personal goals aligned with team objectives.
  • Monitor service quality and address issues with relevant departments and P&C locations.

Krav

  • University degree and 1 year of related experience, or minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a shared services/call center environment for a large national company.
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience with SAP, HRMS or other related HRMS software.
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, including concepts and administration of Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Federal, State, and Local legislative employment and health care laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience providing excellent customer service through live phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer and software applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort working with all levels in the organization.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
