We are seeking a Back Office Consultant fluent in French and English to assist small businesses with customer support inquiries via email and chat. This role involves providing information on order status, shipping, customs, cancellations, and payments. The position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth and development.

Ansvarsområden

Respond to client inquiries in French and English (mail/chat).
Provide information on order status.
Provide information on shipping costs and customs clearance.
Inform users about order cancellation and refund possibilities.
Assist and inform users about invoice payment options and extensions.
Provide assistance via calls to users upon request (after 6 months).

Krav

Excellent command of French language (C1 level).
Knowledge of English language (C1 level).
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to work in our office in Novi Sad or Belgrade.
Communicative and enjoys helping people.
Motivated and responsible.
