Ansvarsområden
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
- Own technical discovery, architecture, solution envisioning, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept to win customer technical decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to develop technical strategies that grow pipeline and accelerate Azure Consumed Revenue.
- Foster a continuous-learning culture and maintain broad proficiency across Azure infrastructure, applications, data, and AI.
- Drive accurate and timely milestone engagement, technical close plans, and forecast visibility.
- Model effective use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to enhance team productivity and sales execution.
- Establish trusted relationships with customer leaders and technical decision makers, and work across the ecosystem to remove barriers.
Krav
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role's job duties.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- 3+ years people management experience (including leading virtual teams).
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, strategic cloud opportunities and influencing customer executives and technical decision makers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or another public-cloud platform, including infrastructure, application modernization, data, databases, analytics, and AI, along with an understanding of AWS and Google Cloud competitive solutions.
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
- For specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
