HCLTech is seeking an Automation Test Lead with 6+ years of test management experience on data/SAP programs for their Bangalore, India office. The role involves defining test strategy, managing execution across various testing phases, and owning defect triage.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define the test strategy and integrated plan with full requirement-to-case traceability.
  • Manage execution across functional, integration, regression, migration, performance, security and UAT phases.
  • Own defect triage, exit criteria and validation evidence packs per milestone.
  • Perform hands-on validation of workflows, match-merge, survivorship, hierarchies, interfaces and downstream data.
  • Conduct migration reconciliation testing.

Krav

  • 6+ years of test management experience on data/SAP programmes.
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, migration, performance, security and UAT phases.
  • Experience with defect triage, exit criteria, and validation evidence packs.
  • Experience with workflows, match-merge, survivorship, hierarchies, interfaces and downstream data.
  • Migration reconciliation testing experience preferred.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Testers scaling 0.5→2 through Mock 2, SIT and dress rehearsal.
