Responsibilities
- Define the test strategy and integrated plan with full requirement-to-case traceability.
- Manage execution across functional, integration, regression, migration, performance, security and UAT phases.
- Own defect triage, exit criteria and validation evidence packs per milestone.
- Perform hands-on validation of workflows, match-merge, survivorship, hierarchies, interfaces and downstream data.
- Conduct migration reconciliation testing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of test management experience on data/SAP programmes.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, migration, performance, security and UAT phases.
- Experience with defect triage, exit criteria, and validation evidence packs.
- Experience with workflows, match-merge, survivorship, hierarchies, interfaces and downstream data.
- Migration reconciliation testing experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Testers scaling 0.5→2 through Mock 2, SIT and dress rehearsal.
