Ansvarsområden
- Monitor live mobile networks 24/7 to ensure prompt issue identification and resolution, including critical services.
- Coordinate, support, manage, and execute 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using various operational systems.
- Initiate and support incident investigations through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of new solutions.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Software, or a related technical field).
- Understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements, or a strong passion for technology and 5G.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and technical thinking skills.
- Ability to react quickly and communicate clearly and openly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, curiosity, ambition, and perseverance.
- Willingness to collaborate, support others, and work as part of a team.
- Availability to work in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
