Ansvarsområden

  • Design creatives for onsite and offsite merchandising.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for category creative content.
  • Own sections of store merchandising and curations.
  • Run and analyze proof of performance reports.
  • Learn merchandising tools and widgets.
  • Assist execution of the site merchandising calendar, including email programs, product launches, and site-wide events.
  • Assist in developing merchandising for large storewide promotions.
  • Support the creation of emails, category pages, brand stores, and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage free search improvement projects.
  • Synthesize and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Capability to meet technical requirements, including HTML, XML, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn in-house tools quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and experience coordinating teams.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently on key deliverables.
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment.
