Responsibilities
- Design creatives for onsite and offsite merchandising.
- Coordinate with multiple teams for category creative content.
- Own sections of store merchandising and curations.
- Run and analyze proof of performance reports.
- Learn merchandising tools and widgets.
- Assist execution of the site merchandising calendar, including email programs, product launches, and site-wide events.
- Assist in developing merchandising for large storewide promotions.
- Support the creation of emails, category pages, brand stores, and campaigns.
- Develop and manage free search improvement projects.
- Synthesize and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Capability to meet technical requirements, including HTML, XML, and Excel.
- Ability to learn in-house tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating teams.
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up recommendations.
- Ability to work independently on key deliverables.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment.
