This role is for HERO Org, seeking a delivery-oriented Associate with 6+ months of experience in scheduling and recruiting back-end activities. Key responsibilities include handling high-volume transactions, improving processes, maintaining quality, addressing customer queries, and working with data sets. Flexibility for different shifts and weekend work is required.

Ansvarsområden

Handle high volume transactions of scheduling in nature and other assignments in alignment with standard operating procedures.
Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects.
Maintain highest quality and improve customer experience.
Address customers’ queries in a timely manner.
Adhere to process level Service Level Agreements.
Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
Proactive with deliverables and display Ownership.
Should be able to work with data sets.

Krav

6+ months of human resources experience
6+ months of customer service experience
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Experience in confidential environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
