W roli specjalisty ds. procesów będziesz zajmować się przetwarzaniem płatności, usprawnianiem procesów i projektami wpływającymi na doświadczenie klienta w dynamicznym, międzynarodowym środowisku bankowym. Wymagane jest doświadczenie w bankowości lub firmie międzynarodowej, biegła znajomość języka angielskiego oraz umiejętności analityczne.

Ansvarsområden

Processing cross border transfers, handling payment queries and analyzing SWIFT messages
Identifying and correcting errors in payments and payment orders
Collaborating with various teams to solve complex cases
Redesigning and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency
Working on operational excellence initiatives and automation opportunities

Krav

1+ years of banking experience or 2+ years in an international company
English proficiency at B1 level or higher
Solid MS Office skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proven track record of proactively initiating and successfully implementing process improvements or project changes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable making confident decisions
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication skills and thrive in a dynamic banking environment

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of SWIFT standards and familiarity with ISO 15022/ISO 20022
Experience in payment processing or financial operations
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, regulated environments
