Requirements
- 1+ years of banking experience or 2+ years in an international company
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Solid MS Office skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proven track record of proactively initiating and successfully implementing process improvements or project changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable making confident decisions
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills and thrive in a dynamic banking environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SWIFT standards and familiarity with ISO 15022/ISO 20022
- Experience in payment processing or financial operations
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, regulated environments
