This role involves auditing video and image data from fulfillment centers to ensure inventory accuracy and stow quality. The Associate will perform precise video/image audits with high accuracy and speed, working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. A Bachelor's degree is required for this 6-month contract position.

Ansvarsområden

  • Watch and audit video of stowing actions at a fulfillment center.
  • Verify or mark the location of products using a tool with high accuracy.
  • Aid in defect reduction and maintain fulfillment center's stow quality.
  • Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Answer videos for 6.8 to 7 hours per day.

Krav

  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Ability to work with remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required.
  • Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree.
