Responsibilities
- Watch and audit video of stowing actions at a fulfillment center.
- Verify or mark the location of products using a tool with high accuracy.
- Aid in defect reduction and maintain fulfillment center's stow quality.
- Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Answer videos for 6.8 to 7 hours per day.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
- Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
- Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
- High level of attention and focus on screen.
- Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
- Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Ability to work with remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
- Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required.
- Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
- Bachelor's degree.
