Arla is looking for an experienced Associate HR Director for its Supply Chain in Benelux & France, based in Utrecht. This role involves shaping the HR agenda, acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, and driving organizational change and transformation within a large, international manufacturing environment.

Ansvarsområden

Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Supply Chain leadership team.
Lead the HR agenda across Supply Chain in the Netherlands.
Translate Arla's People Strategy into meaningful business priorities and actions.
Advise leaders on organization design, leadership, talent, succession, and workforce planning.
Lead and support organizational change and transformation.
Strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
Ensure strong execution of core HR processes.
Provide senior-level advice across the full employee lifecycle.
Lead and develop a team of three HR Business Partners.
Build strong relationships across Arla, both locally and internationally.

Krav

Significant experience in senior HR leadership roles within a large, international organization.
A strong combination of strategic HR thinking and operational understanding.
Experience working directly with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making.
A track record in organizational development, leadership development, and transformation.
Experience working across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholder groups.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment.
Strong business acumen: understand the numbers, the operation, and the commercial reality.
Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders while building strong relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to create clarity and momentum in a complex environment.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach and a genuine drive to turn strategy into results.
Extensive knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR tooling.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.

Ability to challenge a senior leader one minute and coach a manager the next.
Ability to bring structure when things are complex, make decisions when things are ambiguous, and keep people moving when the organization is changing.
Combines gravitas with pragmatism, strategic thinking with execution, and the ability to see the bigger picture with an understanding of what is happening on the ground.
