Ansvarsområden
- Ensure services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested.
- Work in an interactive environment dedicated to guaranteeing the availability and performance of services for customers.
- Perform tasks in a 24x7 production support environment with rotational shifts.
Krav
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux commands, file systems, process management, networking, and log analysis.
- Basic understanding of Intelligent Network (IN) concepts and telecom protocols.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 production support environment (rotational shifts).
- Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
