Responsibilities

  • Ensure services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested.
  • Work in an interactive environment dedicated to guaranteeing the availability and performance of services for customers.
  • Perform tasks in a 24x7 production support environment with rotational shifts.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Linux commands, file systems, process management, networking, and log analysis.
  • Basic understanding of Intelligent Network (IN) concepts and telecom protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 production support environment (rotational shifts).
  • Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding about incident management and ticket handling.
  • Willingness to acquire new technologies and domain knowledge.
