Ansvarsområden

Deliver work according to quality requirements and work instructions.
Understand and adhere to ESD and Explosive Safety control procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Complete functional testing of assemblies and systems.
Sign off on completed work according to specifications.
Support training and knowledge transfer to new employees.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment aligned with company values.
Work extended hours and weekend overtime when required.

Krav

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year or less of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
Ability to execute appropriate working methods and select correct hand tools.
Ability to work with standardized procedures for high repeatability.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience working in a manufacturing environment with multiple team members.
Background in mechanics, mechanical assembly, or related field.
Experience operating automated equipment.
Understanding of mechanical assembly processes and manufacturing workflow.
Knowledge with tools, equipment, software, and related technologies.
Working/handling of munitions or other hazardous materials is a plus.
