Responsibilities
- Deliver work according to quality requirements and work instructions.
- Understand and adhere to ESD and Explosive Safety control procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Complete functional testing of assemblies and systems.
- Sign off on completed work according to specifications.
- Support training and knowledge transfer to new employees.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment aligned with company values.
- Work extended hours and weekend overtime when required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year or less of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ability to execute appropriate working methods and select correct hand tools.
- Ability to work with standardized procedures for high repeatability.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with multiple team members.
- Background in mechanics, mechanical assembly, or related field.
- Experience operating automated equipment.
- Understanding of mechanical assembly processes and manufacturing workflow.
- Knowledge with tools, equipment, software, and related technologies.
- Working/handling of munitions or other hazardous materials is a plus.
