Spotify is seeking an Associate Ad Review Specialist Contractor for a 6-month term in Singapore. This role supports ad review operations, policy enforcement, and escalations within the Trust & Safety team. The ideal candidate has operational experience in ad review or content moderation and can work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review ad submissions and podcasts on Spotify for policy compliance.
  • Manage review queues according to SLAs and prioritization guidelines.
  • Triage and handle time-sensitive escalations from internal and external partners.
  • Identify and escalate emerging trends, operational gaps, and high-risk content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve enforcement workflows and tooling.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives through QA, error reporting, and root cause analysis.

Krav

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of operational experience in ad review, content moderation, brand safety, or a related area.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex issues, managing time, and prioritizing assignments.
  • Comfort reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holiday on-call coverage.
