Ansvarsområden

Act as point of contact for a variety of administrative tasks
Arranging conferences, administrating invitations and prepare agendas
Gathering information, preparing material and documenting outcomes from workshops or similar activities
Manage calendars and information flow for the department
Detailed planning and booking of travels, including handling travel expenses
Manage shipment event equipment as well as give aways etc
Administrative tasks such as managing documentation, approvals and handling mailboxes
Support our team in the preparations for visits and events

Krav

Personal integrity and an eye for delivering great service
High level of attention to details
Trustworthy with strong ethics and a high degree of understanding how to manage confidential information
Ability to build an internal network with the other assistants in the organisation
Driven team player with great social skills
Enjoy to cooperate with both internal as well as external parties
Great problem-solving attitude
Structured and enjoy working administrative
Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Must pass a security vetting
