I korthet

We are seeking an Assembly Operator 2 with at least 2-3 years of experience in the machinery and electrical industry. The role involves product assembly according to production orders, strict adherence to SOPs, and basic equipment maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Qingdao, China.

Ansvarsområden

  • Carry out company policy and regulations.
  • Master technology operations for product assembly.
  • Perform product assembly as per production orders and worksheets.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Support supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve assembly or quality issues.
  • Maintain equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
  • Undertake Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on machine tools.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly, implement 5S activity.
  • Actively provide reasonable proposals for continuous improvement and report safety hazards.
  • Utilize company and workshop software and digital systems.
  • Comply with multi-skilled position requirements.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Krav

  • Graduated from a normal vocational school or above, with a machinery major.
  • At least 2-3 years of assembly experience in the machinery & electrical industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Understand and read manufacturing process procedures.
  • Ability to use and change tooling as required.
  • Understand and be skilled in using common gauge and measuring tools.
  • Good communication and learning ability.
  • Honest, willing to work, and obey leader's arrangements.
  • Willing to work shifts.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience as a machinist/electrician.
  • Familiarity with TPM and 5S activities.
  • Experience with company and workshop software and digital systems.
