Emerson is seeking an Assembler in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, to assemble actuators and spare kits, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves component picking, staging, labeling, and packing within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, requiring collaboration with various teams and a commitment to safety and a clean workplace.

Ansvarsområden

Assemble actuators and spare kits according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Perform assembly and testing across different product models to meet daily production output.
Conduct component picking, material staging, labeling, and packing to support production flow.
Ensure all work meets Emerson quality standards and identify any defects or deviations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in accordance with 5S and safety requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Store, Quality, and Shipping teams.
Promptly highlight production bottlenecks, safety concerns, quality issues, or improvement opportunities to the supervisor.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Krav

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, equipment repair, industrial maintenance, or a related manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to understand and follow standardized assembly instructions, work instructions, and technical manuals.
Basic understanding of quality requirements and ability to identify defects.
Ability to perform multiple production activities: assembly, testing, picking, labeling, and packing.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience in mechanical or industrial product assembly.
Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with 5S, Lean manufacturing, safety, and quality practices.
Experience performing product testing, material picking, labeling, or packing.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a production team.
