As Area Sales Manager in Chongqing, China, you will drive business growth through sales organization, territory management, and key account strategies. This hybrid role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in compressors and industrial sectors.

Ansvarsområden

  • Initiate and implement Area sales organization and development plans.
  • Manage profit and loss responsibility for the area business.
  • Achieve market share and profitable growth targets.
  • Develop Area Marketing plans and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in aftermarket services.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the area organization.
  • Contribute competitor information, key account management, and best practices.

Krav

  • Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in compressor and industrial related fields.
  • Management experience is a must.
  • Graduate from University with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business / Economical, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
  • Willing to travel in China.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills including good command of Microsoft Office Software.

  • Prior working experience in compressor and industrial.
  • Analysis, planning and organizational skills are an advantage.
