Innovaccer is seeking an entry-level Apprentice for their People eXperience team, focusing on Employee Engagement. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on company-wide engagement activities, working closely with the Employer Branding team. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and comfortable using AI tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan and execute engagement activities for the company and individual departments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, finance, and other teams to ensure event success.
  • Write pre- and post-event communications.
  • Stay updated on current engagement trends and propose new ideas.
  • Understand event objectives and target audience.
  • Break down large ideas into smaller, manageable tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related questions.
  • Track event metrics such as attendance and engagement.
  • Maintain simple trackers for event progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on event performance and impact.

Krav

  • Comfort with basic spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
  • Clear and concise writing skills for effective communication.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with various stakeholders, including vendors, other teams, and senior leaders.
  • Some experience organizing events or activities, even informally (e.g., college fests, farewells).
  • Basic comfort with AI tools for drafting, planning, and ideation.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream (HR degree not specifically required).
