An apprentice CSR position is available at Renault Trucks Commercials in Bristol for a 12-month apprenticeship. The role focuses on front-of-house customer service, communication, and professional conduct, with learning opportunities in computer systems and Microsoft applications. This is an on-site role with fixed weekly hours.

Ansvarsområden

  • Understand and perform front of house customer service tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct
  • Prepare for the End Point Assessment and demonstrate competence according to the apprenticeship standard
  • Provide the first impression to customers via phone or face to face
  • Act as a key link between the customer, workshop, invoicing, and the Manager
  • Learn computer systems and work on Microsoft applications including Teams

  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and be keen to learn how to juggle tasks and priorities
  • Enjoy meeting and conversing with people
  • Enjoy computer systems and like to learn new processes

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 12 months apprenticeship duration, followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment (EPA) period
  • Combination of online learning and in-centre assessments
