Lead and scale the Americas application engineering team supporting Synopsys' 3DIC and advanced packaging solution portfolio.
Set the technical strategy for customer engagement on complex 3DIC design challenges.
Drive customer discovery, opportunity qualification, and technical sales campaigns.
Build and manage a team of senior application engineers.
Partner with sales, product, and R&D teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
Own customer escalations and technical roadblocks.
Travel regularly across the region to build customer relationships and represent Synopsys.

Krav

10+ years in application engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing roles within the EDA or semiconductor industry.
At least 5 years leading teams at a senior level.
Expertise in digital implementation, 3DIC design construction, and multi-physical analysis.
Proven track record managing geographically distributed teams.
Experience hiring, developing, and retaining senior technical talent.
Experience driving new business acquisition, competitive displacement, and technical sales campaigns.
Strong understanding of 3DIC technologies, advanced packaging, and the broader semiconductor design ecosystem.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across your region, up to 40% of the time.
