I korthet

Process corporate and commercial banking servicing requests accurately and within agreed timelines. Maintain case records, validate instructions, and coordinate with relevant teams. Requires experience in banking processing, knowledge of mandates and KYC, and strong Excel skills.

Ansvarsområden

Log and track requests, identifying the correct customer, account, product, and servicing route.
Support new/additional account opening by checking documentation, coordinating KYC queries, and verifying completion.
Validate mandates and signatories for account maintenance, changes, closures, and electronic-banking requests.
Investigate transactions, statements, and cheques; process standing-order requests and payment queries.
Apply RM-approved lending amendments and complete necessary checks.
Match documents to agreements, validate invoices, ID, agreements, and bank details.
Maintain audit evidence and secure correspondence, escalating discrepancies.

Krav

Relevant corporate/commercial servicing, lending administration, or controlled banking-processing experience.
Knowledge of mandates, KYC/beneficial-ownership documentation, account maintenance, and payment investigations.
Numerical accuracy, document/system reconciliation, clear business writing, and practical Excel skills.
Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal English with professional customer-service etiquette.
Confidence in dealing with RMs, fulfillment teams, and UK/Ireland stakeholders.
Ability to explain exceptions, documentary gaps, and required actions clearly and tactfully.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Exposure to UK/European commercial banking operations—including business banking request processing, KYC, and current account opening—is desirable.
Experience in loan fulfilment, after-sales servicing, or an equivalent area would be advantageous.
