This role is for an AI Business Solutions Technical Program Manager on the MCAPS-Core Strategy and Transformation team, focusing on Day-Zero product readiness for customer-facing roles. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead end-to-end technical product and service launches across Support, Customer Success, and customer-facing organizations.
  • Drive cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Cloud and AI platform technologies.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Leverage data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform decisions.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience building and deploying Dynamics 365 or relevant CRM solutions.
  • Experience in industries such as technology, healthcare, sales or finance, where AI business solutions are applied to solve real-world problems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

Förmåner

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
  • For the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
  • Applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
