I korthet

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in both Slovenian and English to assist customers with healthcare inquiries via phone, chat, and email. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with paid training and a competitive salary.

Ansvarsområden

Provide customer support via multiple channels (calls, chat, email).
Communicate in English daily.
Receive ongoing support from the entire team and Team Leader.
Learn the entire system and processes during training.
Offer support, solutions, and timely answers to customer questions.

Krav

Advanced spoken and written English (B2 level mandatory).
Advanced spoken and written Slovenian (mandatory).
Availability to work 5 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday.
Good computer skills.
Empathy.
Good communication skills.
Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
Ability to organize well and achieve goals.
