Electrolux Group is seeking an Aftermarket Senior Executive in Singapore to manage aftermarket operations, drive sales of parts and accessories, and ensure service excellence. This permanent, full-time role involves coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing performance, and resolving customer inquiries in a hybrid work setting.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and monitor aftermarket business activities, including spare parts, accessories, consumables, and service offerings to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Coordinate closely with service partners, dealers, and internal departments to ensure timely parts availability and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and market demand to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvement initiatives.
Support the development and execution of aftermarket campaigns, promotions, and business strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to aftermarket products and services, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and analyze reports on aftermarket sales, service performance, inventory movement, and business KPIs for management review.
Maintain strong collaboration with regional and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Consumer Care, Finance, and Supply Chain to support overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as dealers, authorized service providers, logistics partners, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Support any other ad hoc projects, operational activities, or administrative duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Krav

Minimum 3 years of related working experience in aftermarket, customer service, spare parts management, field operations, or a related field.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external business partners.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented, and disciplined.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
English and Mandarin proficiency.

Possess at least Diploma / Degree
Experience in aftermarket operations, inventory management, spare parts planning, or dealer management will be an added advantage.
