Autoliv is looking for a production professional with 5-6 years of experience to lead manufacturing for airbag cushion lines. This role involves managing production, training employees, driving process improvements, and ensuring quality and productivity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the manufacturing section for airbag cushion lines.
  • Manage production planning and execution to meet customer schedules and targets.
  • Supervise and guide direct employees.
  • Conduct training for direct employees and develop a sewing school.
  • Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives for zero quality issues.
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues and improve machine efficiency.
  • Improve productivity and implement lean production and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards.

Krav

  • 5-6 years of production management experience.
  • Experience in training and developing employees.
  • Hands-on experience in assembly processes.
  • Strong capability in troubleshooting process issues.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing and world-class production systems.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MNC experience and cross-cultural exposure are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Accountability and ownership.
  • Customer focus, innovation, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
