Responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing section for airbag cushion lines.
- Manage production planning and execution to meet customer schedules and targets.
- Supervise and guide direct employees.
- Conduct training for direct employees and develop a sewing school.
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives for zero quality issues.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and improve machine efficiency.
- Improve productivity and implement lean production and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of production management experience.
- Experience in training and developing employees.
- Hands-on experience in assembly processes.
- Strong capability in troubleshooting process issues.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and world-class production systems.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- MNC experience and cross-cultural exposure are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
