Noida, Uttar Pradesh - We are looking for an Administrator - Cisco Unified Communications with hands-on experience in Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting call quality, SIP issues, and managing incident tickets to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical support and guidance for on-premise Cisco Collaboration Systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone.
  • Troubleshoot meeting join failures, audio/video quality, and disconnects.
  • Support Zoom Phone calling features such as number assignment, call routing, and IVR.
  • Handle SIP calling issues impacting Zoom Phone.
  • Work on incident/problem/change tickets and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Coordinate with network/security teams on firewall, NAT, TLS/SRTP, and connectivity.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for escalated on-call incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by updating the Knowledge Base.
  • Train new analysts to improve team competency.
  • Independently resolve support tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by achieving high First Call Resolution rates.

Krav

  • Hands-on support experience on Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for call quality (latency/jitter/packet loss), client diagnostics, and connectivity.
  • Understanding of SIP/RTP basics and enterprise voice fundamentals.
  • 4+ years of overall experience with strong Unified Communications (UC) experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience supporting Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with network/QoS impacts on collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with SBC/Carrier teams for SIP issues.
