Ansvarsområden

Timely completion of assigned benefits processes with 100% accuracy.
Address employee queries received via email or tickets with SLA and provide accurate resolution.
Highlight potential risk issues and challenges that may impact employees.
Review process documentation and make updates on a regular basis.
Provide support to SME/Team lead for data analysis and benefits stats reporting.
Liaise with internal (Payroll, Employee resource center, Exits, Onboarding team) and external stakeholders (Insurance vendors).

Krav

6+ months of human resources experience
6+ months of customer service experience
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Experience in confidential environments
