Ansvarsområden

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and Azure.
  • Provide on-call support, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot using Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure IaaS.
  • Update and manage the knowledge base, train new analysts, and coach team members.
  • Resolve support tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using IaC principles with Terraform and Azure services.
  • Maintain positive customer experience and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings.

Krav

  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with customer support best practices and ticketing systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
