ABB is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor in Pinetops, NC, to lead a production team, ensuring efficient operations and meeting production targets. This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, and skills in Six Sigma and project management.

Ansvarsområden

Lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes.
Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
Ensure production scheduling and production plan meet volume requirements and service levels.
Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements.
Identify deficiencies, propose improvements, and oversee implementation actions.
Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues.
Lead a high-quality, effective start of shift production meeting.
Maintain awareness of current or potential process and/or equipment issues.

Krav

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading in a manufacturing or product development environment or equivalent leadership experience.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Some project management skills to lead small Kaizen projects.
Six Sigma Green Belt or a proven track record in leading continuous improvements projects.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Candidates must already have authorization to work in the US.
