Ericsson is seeking 2027 New Graduate Network Engineers in Nanjing, China, to design and optimize networks according to customer requirements and contracts. The role involves analyzing and improving network performance, developing optimization algorithms, and understanding customer needs to implement solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver Network Design and Optimization services including coverage, capacity, quality, and interference analysis and improvement.
  • Improve Network KPIs and end-user perceived quality.
  • Support 2/3/4/5G technology.
  • Develop optimization algorithms and integrate them into Ericsson's AI/ML platform.
  • Understand customer requirements, develop solutions, and implement them within scope, cost, and time plans.
  • Share knowledge within Ericsson and with customers.

Krav

  • Master’s or higher degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or IT.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication theory.
  • Basic knowledge of 5G advanced technology and use cases (redcap, ISAC, mmW, XR, digital twin).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud native and network security.
  • Basic knowledge of 6G framework and key technology orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies (Machine learning, deep learning, LLM).
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Development/Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools and processes.
  • Knowledge in data analytics concepts and technology.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Good spirit of collaboration, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with strong self-learning skills.
  • Proficient in English.
