Responsibilities
- Deliver Network Design and Optimization services including coverage, capacity, quality, and interference analysis and improvement.
- Improve Network KPIs and end-user perceived quality.
- Support 2/3/4/5G technology.
- Develop optimization algorithms and integrate them into Ericsson's AI/ML platform.
- Understand customer requirements, develop solutions, and implement them within scope, cost, and time plans.
- Share knowledge within Ericsson and with customers.
Requirements
- Master’s or higher degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or IT.
- Good knowledge of telecommunication theory.
- Basic knowledge of 5G advanced technology and use cases (redcap, ISAC, mmW, XR, digital twin).
- Basic knowledge of cloud native and network security.
- Basic knowledge of 6G framework and key technology orientation.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies (Machine learning, deep learning, LLM).
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Development/Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools and processes.
- Knowledge in data analytics concepts and technology.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Good spirit of collaboration, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with strong self-learning skills.
- Proficient in English.
