ABB is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist in Plewiska, Poland, to manage efficient material flow and warehouse operations. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting production, optimizing inventory, and implementing process improvements using SAP MM/WM and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse and materials management operations.
Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and efficient material flow.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies and participate in inventory counts.
Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs for operational decision-making.
Support and further develop processes within SAP MM and SAP WM systems.
Develop and maintain procedures and process documentation.
Initiate and implement improvements in line with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality and health & safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SAP WM.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
Ability to optimize processes and solve operational challenges.
Good command of English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
Strong analytical skills, independence, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
