In short

We are looking for an Uptime & Parts Commercial Manager in Jakarta to drive strategic business targets and dealer change management within a cross-functional team. This role involves developing a high-performing dealer network, improving market performance, and achieving targets for Parts Penetration, Volume, and Profitability.

Responsibilities

Work together in a cross-functional team with distribution partners & regional functions to drive strategic business targets & dealer change management.
Gain alignment, drive and hold Dealer Management to achieve customer satisfaction, penetration, sales & profitability targets for Uptime and Parts Services.
Support Regional Uptime & Parts function to prioritize needs, work together on agreed activity plans with colleagues and dealer partners to achieve targets.
Develop a high performing dealer network, drive and develop a value-adding relationship with dealer partners, align & secure dealer buy-in to achieve Volvo CE goals & strategy.
Actively support and execute partnership meeting to improve the overall performance of the market.
Be accountable for the implementation of penetration, volume, profitability and customers satisfaction targets for Uptime and Parts Services in assigned markets.
Drive Uptime & Parts Services penetration growth though sales and marketing initiatives for assigned Dealers.
Ensure a high level of market knowledge of competitors, local pricing levels, trade regulations, customer expectations & market standard.
Ensure Dealers are aligned, have the necessary Parts & Uptime Services Sales Organisation, Capacity, Coverage & Competence.
Achieve agreed targets such as Parts Penetration, Volume and Profitability targets, Dealer Parts Availability targets, R&M Services (CSA & EC) and Connected Services targets.
Ensure and align Dealer & Volvo CE actions to achieve agreed CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) & DSS (Dealer Satisfaction Survey) results to improve OtD & DtR processes.
Key contributor to decision on price level for Parts & Uptime services.
Work within approved budgets and approval levels, be accountable for frontline decision on discounts.

Requirements

University degree or appropriate academic qualification.
Minimum 10-15 years’ work experience in related role.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant commercial and/or channel sales management experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding in Customer Support & Aftersales business.
Good Verbal and written Fluency in English, Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Experience working in CE industry will be an added advantage.
Experience working in SEA markets will be an added advantage.
